As an leadership coach, I leverage experience, curiosity and science to help clients excel in their work and careers.

I bring a doctorate in work-related psychology, years of leadership and talent management experience in corporate organizations, consulting experience and formal coaching training.

Coaching approach and philosophy

I apply curiosity to help coaching clients explore their own strengths, challenges, and career interests.

Powerful questions combined with scientifically valid assessments support coaching clients to develop, grow, and overcome obstacles.

I serve as a sounding board for discussion, leverage data and insight to clarify needs and provide external accountability.

Coaching focus and expertise

My typical clients are mid to senior level leaders and specialized experts in large organizations. I also coach college students on leadership through the Doerr Institute of New Leaders at Rice University.

Typical coaching engagements focus on helping leaders smooth out limiting behaviors, improve emotional intelligence, transition to new roles or teams or prepare for larger roles.

Certifications include assessments such as Hogan personality assessments, EQi, Leadership Versatility Index, MBTI, DISC, and the Denison Culture survey.
