Coaching is about supporting you, the client, to explore questions and discover solutions for yourself while I provide expertise and a framework of science-based tools. 

Engagement Overview for leadership coaching

Every client engagement flows differently. But typical steps include:

  1. Exploratory phone call
  2. Decision to work together
  3. Prepare and sign the statement of work (SOW)
  4. Invoice 1
  5. Coach and client agree on working boundaries
  6. Questionnaire for client
  7. Assessments (if applicable)
  8. Meeting with client’s leader (if applicable)
  9. Start regular on-going coaching sessions for 3-6 months
  10. Check in with client’s leader at half way point
  11. Invoice 2
  12. Finish regular ongoing coaching sessions
  13. Wrap-up meeting
