I focus on using science-based approaches to coach executives and consult with organizations.
This approach includes use of assessments, proven development techniques, a trained coaching approach and more.
Executive coaching
My typical executive coaching client is a mid-level to senior-level executive in a corporate environment.
Common coaching challenges include a desire to upgrade a behavior or working through a transition.
- Behavior upgrades include communication style, micro-managing, confidence, executive presence, building relationships, and leading at the right level.
- Transition coaching involves organizational savvy, navigating company politics, promoting oneself without boasting, planning a move out of an organization or group, and planning the first 90 days within a new group.

Leadership consulting services
I provide consulting for corporate talent management initiatives such as succession planning, designing leadership programs for high potential employees, setting multi-year talent strategies and creating leadership competency models.
Additional consulting services include building a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy and road map, managing change for corporate transformations and helping teams work more effectively.
